Refund Policy

Overview
ASOgain is a digital service operated by CEPALabs SH.P.K. We offer a permanent free tier so you can evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan. Because of this, we operate a no-refund policy for paid subscriptions.
Free Tier
ASOgain provides a free plan that includes access to core features (PPP pricing for 175 territories, 2 AI generations per month, and push to App Store Connect). This allows you to fully evaluate the Service before upgrading. No credit card is required to sign up.
Paid Subscriptions
All paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that:
- The Service is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase
- You have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service through the free tier before subscribing
- No refunds will be issued for subscription payments once processed
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
- Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted when you cancel
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period
Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:
- Billing errors — duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Service unavailability — extended outages (24+ hours) that prevented you from using the Service during your billing period
To request a refund for one of these exceptions, contact us at hello@cepalabs.com within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and a description of the issue.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection. For payment disputes, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly through their support channels.
EU Consumers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, Article 16(m) provides an exception for "the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost."
By subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly consent to immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been provided.
